The Enterprise Center

The Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises (CCE) supports both established and start-up food businesses and food processors in need of commercial kitchen space and technical assistance, as part of The Enterprise Center’s mission to encourage the growth of local businesses and spur job creation in our communities. The CCE boasts 5,000 square feet of commercial grade cooking facilities, including four state-of-the-art, shared-use commercial kitchens, and E-kitchen space. The facility also houses two walk-in refrigeration boxes, a walk-in freezer box, a dry storage room, ice machine, locked cages for storing product, small wares, a shower, and lockers.
